www.tolkientrust.org is a site operated by The Tolkien Trust, whose principal place of business is at Prama House, 267 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7HT, United Kingdom ("we").

We are a charity registered with the Charity Commission of England and Wales under number 1150801 and a private company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales under number 08354834.

We are the successor to the unincorporated charity registered with the Charity Commission of England and Wales under number 273615, which had the same name.

1. Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend our site or any of the services or content made available through our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You may only use our site for lawful purposes. You may not use it in any way that breaches any local or international law, for the purposes of fraud, or to transmit unsolicited advertising or spam.

You must not misuse our site by introducing viruses or other malicious code to it or to our systems, nor try to gain unauthorised access to it or them, to any related systems or servers or to any related source code.
